The benefits of functional training

What is functional training?

Functional training integrates all aspects of human movement, because it is based on training functional strength, which is the force that involves the entire body and not an isolated group of muscles. It is about the strength that we can reproduce in everyday activities or in a specific sport. It is characterized by training movements and not muscles, that is, unlike conventional training, it consists of exercises that involve different muscle groups or chains and does not exercise an isolated muscle.

For functional training you can use classic objects to perform the most innovative exercises or objects such as unstable surfaces, such as TRX, a fitball, a bosu, medical balls, among others.
