Group training can be formed by friends, co-workers… or even if you do not have a group, Nakfitbcn can create one for you. We look for a common goal and create a homogeneous group among the people who form it.
This type of training is characterized by sports that are more dynamic and fun in the company of friends, so challenges and effort are achieved in a shared way.
Within the group training we form small personal trainings because we adapted to each member of the group and to their needs, either by level, injuries or physical form.
Sessions of 30 or 60 minutes.
Groups of 2 to 6 people maximum.
