Y es que no hay nada como darle un poco de ca\u00f1a al body en este escenario id\u00edlico en plena naturaleza, que puede aportarte adem\u00e1s much\u00edsimo bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mejorar\u00e1s tu estabilidad y equilibrio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La arena es un terreno bastante inestable que nos dificulta el apoyo de pies y extremidades, as\u00ed que trabajar sobre ella har\u00e1 que tu equilibrio y estabilidad mejoren, ya que estar\u00e1s haciendo a la vez ejercicios de propiocepci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/nakfitbcn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG-0733-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-681\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nakfitbcn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG-0733-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nakfitbcn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG-0733-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/nakfitbcn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG-0733-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nakfitbcn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG-0733.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Podr\u00e1s evitar lesiones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al tratarse de un terreno que no es llano, si caes, la arena amortiguar\u00e1 gran parte del impacto que sufren tus articulaciones mientras est\u00e1s trabajando.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ah, por cierto\u2026 \u00bfTe gustan los burpees?
